Hi,
I have two questions and hope someone can help me. Sorry for the bad english.

Im simulating an Immersed Solid with the Solutions of a Rigid Body in Ansys CFX 14.5.

The model consists of a sphere in a tuberous, which is filled with a fluid. A spring on the sphere is fastened, whereby the sphere is set in motion.

I want to calculate the force from the fluid on the sphere. For that Im using the force function.
How this force function calculated the surface forces? With the principle of linear momentum integrated over the area of the sphere? Or with another method?

My second question is whether an Immersed Solid with the Solutions of a Rigid Body may set an initial condition (initial velocity)? The limitations in Ansys writes that it is not possible, but maybe someone knows a special method for it.

Thank you very much for the help.
