Effect of downstream flow properties on upstream in incompressible solvers
 

Hi,


I was wondering with incompressible flow, if the downstream properties say velocity, pressure would have any impact on upstream properties in flow solvers? So say we have two cases one a short and another with longer pipe for instance, would the flow development near the inlet region be different?
