Hello everyone,
I am working on a pitching oscillation problem recently. Since I have the experience of simulating a fan rotating problem using CFX. In that case, one need to establish a general project, using 2 domains, one is stationary, the other is rotating, and interfaces between them. I think it would be easy to change the movement of rotation to the form of a=a0+am*sin(wt). The question is, where to find the oscillation options in this case? or is udf needed as well just like Fluent does? ![]() Any suggestion will be appreciate! Best regards! |

You can do this entirely in CEL I suspect. Hopefully there should be no need for fortran.
Also consider the rigid body solver for this. |
