errors in solver ; transient structure&cfx

hi, I'm totally new in CFX field and I want to use this software to figure out the velocity, wall shear, pressure of the blood in blood vessel through FSI(transient structural & CFX). there is no single warning before I got to the stage of cfx solver, but in solving it an error appears.

could any one kindly give me advise about solving error?

I gave condition of fixed support to vessel and gave fluid solid interface to side of vessel.
also, I gave pulsative pressure input to inlet

If you are new to CFD then I would not start with an FSI case. You need to be comfortable with CFD only simulations before you can couple it with FEA with any chance of success. Have you done the tutorial examples provided with CFX?

Thank you for your advise ghorrocks!

I have a exactly same example. (about the blood vessel.) I just thought that if I only change the geometry with the same settings, I could solve it. But it seems there's a problem :(

The geometry used in example was a tube looks like 'Y' already filled inside. (x_t file)

The geometry which I'm about to use is a single tube with a block in the middle.(wanted to figure out the wall shear if there is a block in the middle of vessel.)
I used CATIA V5 to draw it(igs file), and inside the tube is hollow. So that I had to use tool "FILL" to fill inside with liquid.

I'm confused whether it's having problems from mesh or from the "FIIL" or file type. Or other reasons?

Is it impossible to get outcomes by just changing the geometry? Or could you give me some more specific explanations?
