Hello everyone! I will try to explain the problem.

On the edge of the metal part, having a burr as a rectangular protrusion, acts heat flux with a high density (about 10e8 W/m2).

Necessary to determine the time during which this burr melted. How using ANSYS CFX implement the phase transition from solid to liquid to allow for a gradual change in the geometry of the burr during melting, ie border, on which acts the heat flux? What happens to the fused metal in this problem is not considered.

CFX is a CFD solver, not a solid mechanics solver. Try ANSYS mechanical for that. In fact if the heat flux is constant then there is no fluids or heat transfer conponent to this so no reason to use a CFD software. So this model should be done entirely in FEA.

Depending on what the material is you might also need to include phase transitions and that sort of stuff to be accurate - but that depends on how accurate you want to be.
