Hi, all.
The solution for a steady flow field is converged, now i want to solve an additional variable based on the preceding result. The flow equations may be solved again. Is there any way to disable solution of flow equations and solve the transport equation for additional variable only in CFX? Thanks a lot. |

Yes: Use the expert parameters to turn the flow, turbulence, thermal and any other equation solvers off. You can access this in CFX-Pre under options>expert parameters (I think that is where it is - it will be under the solver over-rides tab), or CEL.

Yes, you are right. It is in expert parameter panel called "model over-rides". Thank you very much.

Hi,
In a multiple-domain simulation is it possible to turn off the equations just for one domain and not for everyone? Expert parameters turn off equation for every domains |

No, you cannot turn off specific equations in specific domains.
