Hi

I would like to create points on a rotating blade surface so that I can export the pressure at those points as the blade rotating. I found that if I create points by giving the XYZ coordinates, the points will be fixed in position and they do not move together with the rotating blade surface. (Please correct me if I am wrong)

In order to let the points move together with the rotating blade, I think I have to create points by specifying node number. How can I pick a node in CFD Post? I tried probe but it gives me faulty location.

Thank you in advance.

When I go Location/Point I see Definition/Method, with options XYZ, Node Number and a few other options. So that is what you are looking for isn't it?

I want to define a point by using the node number. However, in order to do that, I need to know the node number before that. My question is, how can I know the node number? I know that some software allow the users to pick a node by mouse, and then it will display the node number. How can I achieve the same thing in CFD Post?
