Linear Air Bearing problems

I'm modelling linear air bearing with cfx. I'm going to put a concentrated force on the top of bearing:
1- How can i consider the force on my model in CFX?
2- With attention to this issue that the air film thickness depends on applied load and inlet pressure, In the begining of modelling how much the air film thickness should be considered?

You could model this with the 6DOF solver. Then you apply the force to the body and it will move accordingly.

But for thin film flows like this a full 3D CFD solver is often not appropriate. If I was doing this I would consider writing a 2D lubrication equation solver (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lubrication_theory)
