CFX code 01 return error

Assalam u alkium

Please help me out
I am repeatedly getting this the ansys cfx solver exited with return code 1 error in CFX solver
can any one elaborate what it is and how it can be handled or removed
also i need some help in modelling a 2 phase problem in CFX

sir i m doing multiphase simulation of direct contact condensation in steam jet pump using cfx i am check geomrtry multiple time.There is no isolated region which also show in output file. i am using pressure boundary at ilet and outlet.the mass transfer occur throuh thermal phase change model and k epsilon model fot turbulance.Two inlets one for steam & other for water.I am also change boundary condition in multiple way .No error show in setting but solver crush.I am also sending some screenshots. sorry for late reply .i am waiting for your reply

The only error message which is useful is the first one. It is saying it cannot find something to do with energy for something. This sounds like the simulation is not set up correctly. Check the simulation setup, especially settings dealing with energy (or temperature, enthalpy, heat flux or similar variables)
