Y pipe flow simulation

Hello:

I have run several simulations using a single inlet single outlet type geometry. I am trying to simulate a dual inlet single out "Y" shaped pipe and am not sure how to apply boundary conditions within CFX. Just wondering if someone has experience doing this. I am primarily interested in flow contours and determine pressure drop across the system.

The concept is simple - you can only apply boundary conditions at locations where you can describe the flow conditions. So if you know the pressure or flow rate at your inlet boundary locations then use the appropriate boundary condition. If you do not know anything then you cannot define a boundary condition there.

Hello,
When You click on the default domain (right button mouse) you can define boundary conditions like inlets and outlet
