Nastaran Sh is on a distinguished road
Hello All,

I am modeling a blood vessel which has a linear elastic material property of 2.5 e6 pa. It has a transient uniform inlet velocity changing from 0 to 0.3 and an outlet pressure of 1000 pa.

The geometry is a thin cylinder (thickness 2 mm) and has fixed BCs at both ends. Total time is 0.2 s. timestep 0.02 s.

The solution converges and give the results for fluid domain. I monitor the displacement of a point on the structure, and it seems to give valid results.

However, I cannot get the transient structural results. All values are 0 overtime. Could you help me with this?

To explain more, when I put a transient pressure on the wall. The results are ok for both domains.

Thank you
