Two-way FSI error
 
I follow all the Tutorial21 steps completely to simulate a Two-way FSI model of a valve of shock absorber, but it CFX can not solve and shows this message:

can any body help me with this?

ANSYS crashed, check the *.err-file in the run-directory of the case.
