Keyframe animation turbine

1 Attachment(s)
Hi studs,

I'm trying to create a keyframe animation. I'd like to have the streamlines entering the turbine and passing until reaching the outlet. Since it is a radial turbine that makes it a little complicated, cause it's impossible to just move the plane between the different keyframes. Has anybody an idea how this could be solved?

Not sure what you are doing here?

Are you implying that you create a plane, moving it away from the inlet, and have streamlines calculate back from the plane to the inlet?

That is not a good method, if I understand that correctly.

I am assuming you want streamlines that move out from the inlet and grow out toward the exit, as if fluid is moving?

Look into using Streamline 1 > Symbol > Min Time, Max Time, Interval

and Streamline 1 > Limits > Max Segments, Max Time

I think these will accomplish what you are trying to do.
