Above boiling point

Hello, please tell me why in the simulation of liquid boiling temperature of the liquid rises above its boiling temperature? Why is it coming out? And what can we do?

The relationship of liquid and vapor, I asked.

Have you looked at the volume fractions? That is what will tell you if you are getting boiling.

CFX is a multi-phase solver, and it assumes all phases exist at all locations. But the volume fractions tell you how much of that phase is present. So you will not get much useful information about whether it is boiling from the temperatures alone, you need to look at the volume fractions.

And why with a diameter of 8 mm in the calculation is successful, and with a diameter of 5 mm (even with the fine mesh), he breaks off at 10 iterations?
Fluents in this problem is not present.
