CEL - Compare Cases
Hello everyone,
Iīm using ANSYS 15 and i want to compare two cases with identical geometry and mesh. Therefore i want to make a CEL Expression which makes a difference of the Wall Heat Flux. I thought about something like this: Test = Wall Heat Flux@Side1Case1 - Wall Heat Flux@Side1Case2 I know itīs not working like this, but i canīt imagine, that it is impossible. By the way, to make an averaged solution is not appropriate, because i want a difference for each node. Donīt hesitate to ask, if you have problems in understanding my problem. Thank you in advance. |
If you have already loaded both cases, active the "Case Comparison" mode. This mode automatically creates a variable named "Wall Heat Flux.Difference" between the two cases being compared.
Then, you can plot Wall Heat Flux.Difference at any boundary locator. Is this what you intended? correct ? Hope the above helps, |
Thank you, for your fast answer.
Iīve already tried that, but there is no Wall Heat Flux.Difference. Can i specify the affected variables? |
