stator and rotor interface setting

Hi all,
I want to simulate a radial turbine,and the follow picture is the rotor and stator model.

I have to set a interface between stator and rotor,but I don't know how to set the interface model.
Interface??.JPG

P.S. stator is 9 blades/360 degree & rotor is 11 blades/360 degree

I have tried "frozen rotor" and "stage",and the solver cloud work.
But when I use "Turbo mode" to initialize component in CFD-POST will show warring :
WARNING
Cannot initialize component 'Component 2' in domain 'R1'.
Please verify that the rotation axis and turbo regions are set correctly.

How to slove it???

you must insert 2 domain for rotor & stator

one stationary and one rotating
