Compression stoke is giving higher pressure than calculated

I tried to run case following error occured.I tired to reduce timesteps to 700 iterations but got same error, it got stopped at 600th iteration. This was done before using 400 iterations. Hexa Mesh quality was 0.45 and angle was 27
