monitor point problem

Hi,
I'm simulating impact a wedge into the water and I use remeshing for that.
It's just a simple case and I did it to learn more about remeshing.
My problem is that when solver does a remeshing the values of my monitor points for pressure in the specified locations starts to vibrating.How can I improve the settings for interpolating results from my last grid into my new grid?
What can I do for solving the problem?

A finer mesh will probably make the vibrations smaller.

I tried a finer mesh but I still have the problem. Do you have any other suggestions?

Can you show what the vibrations look like and when they occur?
