Dear All;
I have meshed a geometry with prism\tet elements and have run it in Fluent successfully introducing interface in some places. Now I want to import the Fluent case file into CFX. It will be imported and interfaces will also made. When the solver manager starts to run, it reports a negative element error at interface region: an element with -0.4E-10. So the solution stops. Is there any idea to solve this problem? Any CFX threshold change? |

No, there is a negative volume element. You must fix it.
Either something went wonky in the import to CFX or for some reason I do not understand Fluent is tolerant of a few negative volume elements. |

doesnt CFX has another mesh than CFX, maybe there it went belly up. Guess you have to import the model again and mesh it.
