Now I am using the LES model, I need define the turbulence intensity, but it seems there is no option to define the turbulence. So, I want to define a unsteady inlet velocity instead. Does anyone could help? Is there any tutorial?

You need to define tabular data time vs velocity into function and make from this function expression. Yes on the defaults tutorials on ansys help you find your case
