Frees surface and sloshing (please help me ASAP)

Hi,
I am trying to simulating sloshing problem in marine oil tankers. (2D)

I have created a 2D cube which rotate about 20 degrees. center of rotation is middle of lower side.
+ I have used hexa mesh ( witch ICEM CFD)
+ laminar flow
+ hemougen
+ Free surface : 0.073 N/m

Unfortunately when the cube rotates, free surface of water inside gets severe slope, which is illogical.

How can I fix it?
What is the problem?

Please Help me.

Please show some images of what you are getting, your mesh and CCL.

Also - do not model surface tension unless surface tension is important. It is a very expensive model to include.
