Can i simulation scouring with ansys cfx software?

No, not in CFX with a built in model.

If you know a scouring model you wish to implement in CFX you may be able to do that. Alternately you might be able to couple CFX with a DEM software (Discrete element model, such as EDEM) where the DEM model handles the bed deposition/scouring effects.
