Import Data from a User-defined Function in Pre into POST

Hello!

I have a question about User-defined Functions in CFX-Pre.
In my Simulation I added some User-defined Functions in Pre just with additional information. The values in the Information is always a function of Time.
So afterwards I did some CEL Expressions with this data in function of Time. I don`t need this additional Information for any boundary specifications or calculations.
But I want to use this data in CFD-Post to plot as text (as I said as additional Information).

Is there a way to do that? Because now, the expressions are imported into CFD-Post automatically, but they don`t work because CFD-Post doesn`t have
the data from the User-defined functions.

Thank you very much for your help!

I'm sorry to say that i don't understand what you mean saying "plot as text". Perchance, you mean the Insert->text option. Anyways, user defined variables can be found not in the variable dropbox but, in the three dots (...) icon next to it. You can also, define your own variables to plot.

You may create additional variable and set it to be algebraic expression and enter your CEL as additional veriable value. Thus you'll have corresponding data in CFD Post. Read manual for more info.
