i was doing a suction pressure analysis.
i set the inlet as 2m/s
the fan rotation 1200rpm

You would need to have a frame change model in the properties of created interface.. the error statement is pretty clear..

The frame change model you choose depends on what you're modelling, BCs and the geometry.. which you haven't shown or explained here in detail..
