Default how to define Angular velocity for solid in cfx

hi every body,
i'm trying to simulate a 2D flow between two cylinders with different angular velocities, but i don't know how to define angular velocities for outer and inner walls, anyone has any ideas?

Put a tangential velocity on both walls.
