Hi,

is it a good plan to approximate a tube heat exchanger tube bundle via a porous domain? I am aware, that then there is no 2 fluids then, but for what I am trying to do its more, how much heat is taken out of one fluid, if it follows different paths around the tube bundle. As in, just straight line or slalom or something else.

At this stage its just a quick comparison between designs.

Cheers,

Steffen
