First of all, do not send messages privately about things you also post in the forum.

The error message below could indicate that your remeshing failed for some reason. Check the output of the mesher.

What does that mean?

I think Lance has identified the problem for you - either your mesh or its configuration in CFX-Pre. I bet your CFX-Pre file has a boundary called "Valve" which references a boundary face named "Valve Surface", but you changed the mesh file and the new mesh does not have "Valve Surface" in it.

So it is over to you to tell us whether that worked or not, or provide more information.

No, i dont changed the new mesh, and my new mesh contain the "Valve Surface" boundary.

You're welcome. Did you check the output of the mesher? Any errors?
