you mean details of problem?its a cylinder that moves out with a constant velocity of 0.1m/s ,as a result I need the thickness of water on surface of cylinder in diifrent times when it is moving out of water

If the body moves with a known speed then it sounds like a moving mesh simulation. But I repeat my first post - do the tutorials and give it a go yourself. When you have a specific question to ask then post it on the forum.
