Recently while doing my cfd analysis of wind flow around a building I have found this type of notice on cfx output file. Why this is coming?

diamondx will become famous soon enough
it's a reverse flow warning , flow comes in instead of going out. CFX puts walls on those faces. Fluent just keep iterating with the warning.... you should keep iterating, the message has to go away at some point , if not you fix that by refining your mesh or enlarging outlet

The message is disappearing after 15 iteration .
Is there any error in answer due to this warning??

Did you even read the FAQ section? That was the link I posted. Here is a quote:
