Hey
Anyone know about tutorials or something which help me to make simulation in ansys cfx with ten different values of parameter. I need to make heating of the plate with cooling system and i need to receive different results from different defined temperature of the plate.?
Best regards

I do not know what you mean by "receive different results".

You can run large numbers of runs using a batch/script file and CCL to do the changes you want, or use the parametric modelling capability in ANSYS Workbench.

Martin_Sz,

I was having the same problem as you. ghorrocks already gave you the answer. While I don't know how to use a bathc file, I can explain you parametric modeling. In order to use parametric modeling, first you need to identify your input and output parameters. I used parametric modeling to find the equaivalent stresses on a wing at different velocities. In my case, the input parameter was velocity, and the output parameter was the equivalent stress on the wing. So, my

are an equivalent stress for each velocity. What are your input and output parameter?

In order to do this, go on the CFX "Expressions" tab, create an expression, name it, and type a magnitude for your quantity of interest (i.e. velocity) followed by the units in the following format:
[m/s]

Then, right click on your named expression and select "select as input parameter". Then, select an output parameter wherever you need it (for my case the output parameter was the Equivalent Stress, an di selected it in the "Modeler").

Then run the simulation and compute the parameters. If this is not clear let me know, I will guide you step by step.
