hi everyone
i have a question. i solve a model in steady state mode. it solved velocities and turbulence. now i want to solve it in transient mode and solve just a transport equation and not solve momentum and turbulence equations. (cuz of time)

can anybody tell me how to freeze solving momentum and turbulence models?i need these variables be fixed and cfx just solve a transport equation
thanks

Hi Ludwig, I am big fan of your work.

Under expert parameters there is a tab called "Model Overrides". Set solve fluids and solve turbulence to f (false).

Opaque will become famous soon enough
Be careful when freezing equations, you can only do that if the solution of the new equation has no influence on the properties, or other quantities required to solve the frozen equations.
