Positive pressure coefficient

Hi all,
I am trying to simulate the flow around an airfoil using a steady-state (total energy) simulation. Ma=0.78 and I impose 1 bar at the inlet and 0.66 bar at the outlet. Reference pressure is set to zero. I am trying to validate the pressure coefficient by experimental data, however the pressure coefficient obtained by CFX stays positive,whereas the experimental data (as expected) show negative values for cp. The overall shape of the pressure coefficient around the airfoil seems correct. Does anybody has an idea what the problem can be? Thanks in advance! Cheers |
