calculate torque of archimedes wind turbine

hi dear all.
i am new cfx and simulate an archimedes wind turbine in cfx with mrf. but my calculated torque is very lesser from pdf results and negative?
Air at 25 C

Option = Pure Substance
Thermodynamic State = Gas

my results don't changes by smaller mesh and residual is 10(-6).for creat mrf I'm subtract box from cylinder with keep cylinder and then subtract cylinder from blades with don't keeping blade and second domain is same rotating domain that rotate about z _axis.
