Particles at boundaries

Hello,

I am trying to develop a model for impact with liquid interfaces. At the moment i am using the lagrangian particle tracking routine in CFX4.2 with USRPBM in order to specify the coefficient of restitution at the boundary of the domain. However, i would also like to be able to change the diameter of the particle as it rebounds off the interface and at present cannot find a way of doing this within CFX. If anyone has done this sort of thing or maybe could tell me how to go about doing it then i would be very ratefull.

Re: Particles at boundaries

In fact, it's very easy to set the particles diameter in the cfx4.2 or 4.3. There is a subroutine named usrpbc, you can use it to set any particles boundary. Best regards
