Hi everybody,
I am new in this form and I just start working with CFX 5.3. So I also start with a stupid question – sorry: I try to import an existing grid (PLOT3D-Format) into CFX and I failed. Compatibility is the main problem in generating grid. You could only use preprocessing software that is affiliated/mentioned by CFX 5. It is better to use the original pre-procesing software to avoid frustrasion at the beginning. I use TASCflow from pre to post processing to perform simulation. It is exhausting to follow many steps at pre-processing. But it is 100% compatible.
