Default Cabin Air Flow Modeling

Is there anyone who has experienced modeling internal flow in a cabin...or related to it ?? I'm using CFX-5.3 and confused with Boundary Conditions + Subdomain momentum & heat sources The temperature fields are well below 0 K ???
