Flow in your simulation is triing to get in to the domain through the outlet BC but it cant as an outlet is only an outlet so no backflow is alowed.

You can do what it sayes and switch to opening type BC (which alows flow in both directions) if this doesent completley change your simulaton, which it most probably doesent.

There is a lot about this topic on this forum, internet or ansys papers.

It is a user problem, as it meens that BCs are poorly set.

You could extend your outlet and/or add a nozzle at the end.
Or switch to an opening ... or just ignore the message.

If you are not sure whether it has any influence on your results you could just test two different boundary conditions and compare them.
