A notice is coming again and again..
*********notice********
A wall has been placed at portion of an outlet. Boundary condition at **. **% of the face, **. *, %of the area.. To prevent fluid from flowing into the domain. The boundary condition name- outlet Fluid name is - fluid 1 To an opening type boundary condition instead. Sent from my Redmi Note 3 using CFD Online Forum mobile app |
Flow in your simulation is triing to get in to the domain through the outlet BC but it cant as an outlet is only an outlet so no backflow is alowed.
You can do what it sayes and switch to opening type BC (which alows flow in both directions) if this doesent completley change your simulaton, which it most probably doesent. There is a lot about this topic on this forum, internet or ansys papers. It is a user problem, as it meens that BCs are poorly set. |
You could extend your outlet and/or add a nozzle at the end.
Or switch to an opening ... or just ignore the message. If you are not sure whether it has any influence on your results you could just test two different boundary conditions and compare them. |
