Dear Forum Members,
I am working with Coal Combustion.Default CFX Char Oxidation treats water vapor and CO2 as inert. But A.P.Mann and J.H. Kent (1994) have shown that there is significant effect of Char-CO2 and Char-H2O reactions on the Unburnt Carbon. Now, if I want to introduce Mann,s Char Oxidation Model into CFX Char Combustion, how can I do it? Should I use User Fortran? If so, which of them are approprate for Char Oxidation? It would be a great help for me, if someone come forward to assist me. Thanks in advance. Monir Hossain |

Dear MH, Better write your own code. Don't waste your time. The main difficulties are the communications between the developed code and your own code.
