Initial velocity profile

Hello dear CFX users !
In order to decrease the domain simulation of my channel (i need to have developped profiles), i would to use a well know logarithmic vertical velocity profile in entrance : u+=(1/Kappa)log(Ey+). But i don't know why, can semeone help me ? I use CFX-4.3 & 4.4. Thanks a lot. Patrice |

Easy: use subroutine USRBCS to implement your velocity profile. If you need to modify the law of the wall to implement arough law you can do that in USRWTM. I'm sure bthere are examples of this in the manual.
