Default how to define differernt pressure of two inlets?

hello,users I donot know how to difine the different perssure of the two inlets using cfx4.3.When I use perssure boundary,it give me the incorrect velociy ; When i use the inlet boundary,it give me the incorrect pressure. Can anyone give me help?
