I was trying to run two way FSI using CFX, I got following error

The important error is the first one. CFX did not get the mesh displacement from the FEA side of things. Check that the FEA simulation was running, and that the interface between the two is correctly set up.

I have the same problem when I try to solve a highly flexible pipe oscillating in a fluid. The model works for a stainless steel pipe but not for a silicon pipe. I was wondering if there is any solution.
