Default why should i define particle VISCOSIT?Y

when i select kinetic theory under >>phase descreption to model gas-solid two phase flow,why should i define the particle viscosity?for i think the viscosity would be calculate by kinetic theory.who can give me the reason?thanks

I'd never got a convergence solution with kinetic model now ,the term of ŠĆof disperse phase always diverge.Is there something i shoud take care in the .fc file?
