I have the same problem. I want to export surface forces to ANSYS from CFX (via PATRAN). Pressure forces are not a problem. Viscous forces are. I get shear stresses but no direction. How to do this??

You can't do this in CFX-5 at the moment, but you might be able to in CFX-4. I'm not a CFX-4 user, so I'm not sure...
