Canvas window does not close
 

Dear all, I am running CF4.4 ont windows NT. Sometimes thw canvas window does not close after receving the message " the solver has finished writing data". When I force it to close using the '...bash.exe" files the dump file is never created. Can some one help please.

Hi oduor,
CFX-Linegraph has a bug when CAPS LOCK is on under NT and NUM LOCK and CAPS LOCK are on under Solaris. Switch them off and this problem will never happen again.

You may never know how much trouble you have saved me!!! I worked on this thing the whole of the week end and the whole of today, it is now 8.00 PM I have not gone home because of this!!

Is there somewher such hidden bugs are talked about?? Many thanks

Once the CFX website had a list of known bugs of the code (CFX-4). Now, with the CFX Community Pages this list of bugs are not shown anymore.

I have the same problem under Irix: is the cause the same? What i do is kill a process called line.exe and that allows me to exit properly and get my dump file.

Thats a great thing to know tho..
