Meshing error

Hi I have imported a iges file into mesh only mode. But when I try to mesh I get the following error:

Fatal Error: Face evaluation failed

Error: ------

face evaluation failed error status code: 2 Surface 2187

Does anyone have an idea ???

hi

there is one way to eliminate this,use the parasolid otion while exporting ,and if you are not able to do this then while expoting to iges check on the tolerance and then try to increase it by a tenth,

but I'd say parasolid is any day a better choice.
