My company is just about to start using CFX, could anyone tell me what the level of support is like with this company?

The UK support is fantastic - even if they don't have an immediate answer to your question, they sound great on the phone!

Sounds good. Met some of there technical people on a recent course, and they seemed pretty knowlegable, but was unsure how quick they were to respond, generally is it same day/next day?

Usually, they respond the same day or at least the next day. For difficult questions they frequently ask the specialists around and then you get an updated answer within one or two days.

I have to agree with the comments above, The support is ment to be the best out of all three of the major three General CFD Codes. If found they have always been veery helpfull and happy to answer any question, however simple or basic the question is, without making you feel little. Bob
