Multiblock grid, interface Boundary condition

Hello,

I am trying to model an axisymmetric supersonic jet impinging onto a flat plate placed 5 nozzle diameters from exit of the supersonic nozzle. The model is a 5 degree sector of a cylinder.

The grid consists of three blocks, one for the jet, one for the interaction with the plate and one for the farfield region as the jet diffuses after impacting with the plate.

What is the boundary condition to specify for the grid interface between the different blocks to ensure that symmetry BC's are not placed at the interface?

regards Nandu

Why should you specify anything at the grid interface between the blocks - don't you want the flow to continue from one block to the other? I guess if you don't have any rotaion of the flow, then a symmetry boundary in the circumferentail direction would suit. Sorry for not understanding your question clearly.

Thanks anyways, the CFX agents sorted my problem out from my end. Sorry once again about the ambiguity of the question.
