Re: duration time Animation in CFX-5 Post
Hi Alexander,
This time duration can be controlled by the frame rate (frames / sec). In CFX-Analyse (CFX-4) you can set any value and you can have full control of the duration of your animation file. However in CFX-POST the minimal value is 24. It means that if you want a mpeg file with 10 seconds of duration you'll need 240 frames, i.e. you'll need 240 transient values. Depending the size of your problem you'll have a lot of huge transient files. I still don't know if there's a workaround regarding this issue, but I think it would be much better if the user could have full control of this frame rate setting his own value for mpeg generation without switching to a third-party animator utility. cfd guy |

The number of frames per second will also depend on your player. With only a few frames, you will not get a smooth playback.
