k and epsilon

..hi everyone, I am running a transient k-w model and need to input the k and epsilon value in the Fluid Initial Values. Did Anyone know how I can find a reasonable value of k and epsilon?

There exists approximation formulae assuming you have an idea of the level of turbulence intensity in your problem (3%, 5% ?)and a dissipation length scale. This will then be used with your inlet velocity.
