Boundary Conditions

I´m doing an example of the cfx Tutorial ( Can Combustor Chamber) and when they are triying to especify the cartesian velocity components in the boundary conditions, they used a ecuation ( U=400*y), Where that "400" came from?.

Someone can help me?

Take care!!

Re: Boundary Conditions

That is just an example. You can have your components of velocity in function os position(or anything you want), e.g. U=f(x,y,z) ; V=V(x,y,z) and W=W(x,y,z), instead of a constant value, the reason why the subroutine was developed.
